Welcome to Dar Farwa. We appreciate your interest in our inaugural collection. By accessing our site and securing a piece, you agree to the following terms, which are designed to ensure a seamless and transparent experience.

1. The Pre-Order Model Our garments are currently offered exclusively through a limited-batch pre-order system. When you place an order, you are securing one of a highly limited number of pieces before they are produced and shipped.

2. Fulfillment and Timelines Any expected shipping dates provided at checkout or on our product pages are our best estimates. While we work diligently to meet these exact timelines, international shipping and customs can occasionally introduce slight delays. We are committed to transparency and will communicate with you directly should any adjustments to the schedule occur.

3. Payment and Order Securing To secure your order, payment must be completed in full. For clients utilizing Interac e-Transfer, your piece is not officially reserved until the transfer is successfully received and matched to your order number. 

4. Final Sale Policy Because each batch is curated and produced in precise quantities based on incoming orders, we cannot modify, cancel, or refund orders once they are placed. All sales are final. We strongly advise reviewing your sizing and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

5. Site Content All imagery, text, and design elements found on this site are the property of Dar Farwa. We kindly ask that you do not reproduce or use our content without prior permission.
